Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the B.Ed. programme should have completed the 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern of education from a recognised board or university.

The qualifying degree must be obtained from a UGC-recognised university. Admission is based on eligibility norms prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University and Government of Tamil Nadu.

Marks obtained in the main subject are considered for eligibility. Candidates from reserved categories are eligible as per government rules.

Engineering and Technology graduates with Science or Mathematics background are eligible for relevant subjects. Differently-abled candidates require only a minimum pass in the qualifying degree.

All admissions are subject to document verification and university approval.
